Solomon Bible Study

Hello all! At our Intervarsity meeting tonight we talked about the life of Solomon. We looked at the passages 1 Kings 13, 1 Kings 11:1-13, and Ecclesiastes 12:1 and 13-14. Solomon was obedient to God and was blessed for it. Unfortunately he disobeyed God and turned to idols, so God punished him. In the end, however, he concluded that our life's purpose is to fear God and obey him. What thoughts do you have?
